General Refund Policy

As stated in our Terms of Service, all fees are generally non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

We will provide refunds for billing errors that we cannot resolve through other means.

2. Legal Requirements

Refunds will be provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be provided at our discretion for exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

4. Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@tuspeech.com within 60 days of the billing dispute with:

• Your account information
• Transaction details
• Reason for the refund request
• Supporting documentation if applicable

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
