We understand that you may want to delete your tuSpeech account for various reasons. This guide will walk you through the complete process of permanently removing your account and associated data from our systems.
Navigate to the delete account feature:
Note: The Delete Account option is intentionally placed at the bottom to prevent accidental deletion.
Review the confirmation dialog:

Immediate
Account deactivation
24-48 hours
Profile & files deleted
7-14 days
Analytics data removed
30 days max
Backup copies purged
If you're unsure about permanent deletion, simply stop using the app. Your data remains secure and you can return anytime.
Contact our support team at support@tuspeech.com if you'd like to download your data first.
If cost is a concern, simply cancel your subscription while keeping your free account active.

After your account has been successfully deleted, you'll receive a final confirmation email and all future login attempts will be unsuccessful. Account recovery will not be possible.
